Cheng Yi is a Chinese actor and singer who was born in Hunan Province, China, on May 17, 1990. He studied at the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing, and made his acting debut while still at college, appearing in the television series “Beauty World” (2011). He graduated in 2012, and then went on to make his film debut in “Haunting Love.” He appeared in the hit series “Noble Aspirations” in 2016, and followed up with the movie “The Big Rescue” (2018). He also played one of the lead roles in “Explore with the Note” (2019) – the follow-up to “The Lost Tomb” (2015). He made his solo music debut with the single “Goodbye to the Past” in 2017.
